A review runs about forty-five minutes on site or by phone. We ask how the back office works today, look at the forms and files in circulation, and note the points where work stalls. You receive a written summary within two working days, and there is no charge for the first review.
Rarely. Most back offices already own the tools they need and simply lack a design that joins them together. We map the work onto your existing software wherever possible, and we only recommend a replacement when a genuine gap cannot be closed any other way. When we do recommend one, we price the alternative alongside it so you can compare.
Yes. On site work covers the Salt Lake Valley and the surrounding Wasatch Front. Further afield we run design, migration, documentation and support engagements remotely, with the same written deliverables and the same response windows.
